BOOT CAMP

Can you survive Boot Camp?
Atlas is having a FREE Boot Camp class again this year. The class will take place August 27th from 9:30 to 10:30, and it is open to ANYONE! You do NOT need to be an Atlas client to attend the classes. Keep an eye out for more details!

  1. All participants loved the class and had nothing but good things to say. They felt it was an excellent workout -- not easy but VERY GOOD. Come join us. The actual class starts 9/10 at 9:00 a.m.
