Spice It Up: Next Recipe

Here is another recipe that is full of spice, yet low in calories. Enjoy!


BBQ Rubbed Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp thyme
  • ½ tsp all spice
  • 1 Tbsp coriander powder
  • 2 dried bay leaves, crushed
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
  1. Blend all dry ingredients together in a small bowl
  2. Season chicken liberally with seasoning mixture
  3. Grill or broil chicken until done

231 calories
3g fat
0g carbohydrates
26g protein
