Bootcamp News

Hey Guys - we are meeting Saturday at 8:00 a.m. on Bel Air Road at the Gunpowder Park right across from the bar, Gunpowder Lodge. Anyway, this will prove to be a tough class but you ALL can do it. Wear good shoes but one's you don't mind getting dirty. You want something that will be tighter across your ankles for support, so if you have high-tops wear them - but if not don't go out and buy them! We may come across some water - but bath suits won't be necessary (cracking myself up here LOL!!) Wear a baseball cap and if you have lightweight long pants and shirt I would wear them just to ward off ticks. We will have someone available to check us for ticks upon our departure (again cracking myself up!!). It is hilly and rough terrain but again YOU ALL are trained and have the muscle and endurance to do this ----- our CORE muscles will get a workout!
